Egypt“s state Holding Company for Mining and Refractories announced that it was offering investors a 90% stake in its El-Nasr Company for Glass and Crystal. The company said in a statement the deadline for submitting bids was 15 December at 1:00 p.m. (1100 GMT). A company official said the remaining 10% of the firm would be sold to its employees, an obligatory measure according to the government“s privatization scheme. The agent for the offer is the state-owned National Bank of Egypt.
