Mr. Steltmann takes on the role after seventeen years of successful management leadership at the firm, serving most recently as President and Chief Operating Officer (COO). Mr. Steltmann will work closely with Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Douglas Perks. The company has also named Lachlan Perks as the new President and COO. With global leadership responsibility, Mr. Perks has over twenty-five years of service with the organization in various leadership roles, including Engineering, Marketing, and most recently as Sr. Vice President and General Manager of Americas and Asia. Mr. Perks has extensive experience in the industry as well as global operations and sales management. He serves on the Board of Directors of Industrial Heating Equipment Association (IHEA) and National Cutting Horse Association (NCHA).
