The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) says it intends to invest USD 2.2 million in the reconstruction project of Joint Stock Company Sitall (Roslavl, Smolensk region). Sitall was founded in 1936 as Roslavl Glass Works and specializes in the production of different types of clear glass-packaging for foodstuffs and other goods. The bank is to invest the funds jointly with French glass packaging manufacturer Saint Gobain Desjonqueres.
