Shareholders in one of the Ukraine“s three largest glass-packaging producers, Consumers-Sklo-Zoria (Zoria, Rivne region) decided at a general meeting on 12 May 2004 to elect Ronald Way to the supervisory board in place of William Franks, the company reported. According to the statement, Way represents the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, a 79.7% stakeholder in Consumers-Sklo-Zoria. The closed joint stock company Consumers-Sklo-Zoria was created in January 1997 by Consumers Packaging Inc. (Canada), the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the agricultural firm Zoria (Rivne region). The firm produces custom-made bottles and jars for the leading alcoholic beverage and food producers in Ukraine and in Russia.
