29 January 1998: Canada“s Consumers Packaging Inc. has been granted a license to use the new Envirogluv glass decorating technology of RevTech. The licensing deal gives Consumers and other affiliated firms the right to use the Envirogluv process, a special ink formula as well as the hot-stamp technology of RevTech. The technology will be used by Consumers in packaging beverage and food containers in North America. Consumers has also been granted the license to use the washable Envirogluv One Wash technology and ink formula. The technology will enable the user to redecorate and refill recyclable glass containers.
