“China Fibreglass Industry Report, 2006-2010” is the latest offering from Dublin-based Research and Markets. According to the report, China“s fiberglass industry has a 41% share of the global market and China Fibreglass Co., Ltd, Yunnan Yuntianhua Co., Ltd and Taishan Fibreglass Inc. have become international players in the world industry. The Chinese fiberglass industry enjoys accelerating growth: by 2010, domestic consumption of fiberglass will rise from the present 820,000 tons to 1.59 million tons. It is estimated that China will maintain a stable growth rate of 14% in fiberglass output capacity over the next five years; however, capacity will be insufficient to meet fast-growing domestic demand as well as satisfy the international market.
