China Fiberglass Co., Ltd, announced on 18 September 2007 that its subsidiary Jushi Group Chengdu Co., Ltd. plans to invest CNY 6 billion in the construction of a 500,000 tonne fiberglass material facility at Chengdu City. The Qingbaijiang District People“s Government of Chengdu City and Jushi Chengdu jointly held a signing ceremony for the fiberglass facility on 17 September 2007. Construction is scheduled to last from 2007 until 2013.
