JSC AGC Bor Glassworks (Nizhny Novgorod region) reported first-half 2010 net profit of RUB 123,273 million, compared to a first-half net loss of RUB 362,299 million during the same period of 2009. Revenues from sales in first half of 2010 amounted to RUB 2 billion 372,341 million and increased by 28.61% compared with the first half of 2009. In the January-June 2010 period, this cost increased by 3.08% – to RUB 1 billion 748,317 million. Loss on sales declined to 14.87 times compared to the first half of 2009 at RUB 26.511 million. Profit before tax totalled RUB 288.321 million. Accounts receivable from companies at the end of the reporting period increased 2.55% to RUB 1 billion 059.893 million. Accounts receivable of the company since the beginning of 2010 increased 27.41% – up to RUB 562.226 million. The authorized capital of JSC AGC Bor Glassworks is RUB 418.956 million and is divided into 4 million 410.066 thousand ordinary shares at RUB 95. The Glaverbel Group owns a 85.23% stake in BSZ.
