French alcoholic beverage manufacturer and distributor Belvedere SA intends to buy back up to 149,110 shares at a maximum price of EUR 150 per share, the company said on 13 June 2002. The 149,110 shares equal 10% of the company“s share capital. The share buyback will be carried out until 29 December 2003. The company is listed on the New Market of Euronext Paris. Belvedere produces and sells alcohol and wine, and also bottles for white spirits.
