Italy“s Z. Bavelloni, part of the Glaston Technologies Group, has signed a contract to supply Austrian Ertl Group with two integrated lines for the grinding, milling and drilling of flat glass. The two lines will process glass of dimensions up to 3,000 x 2,600mm and 5,100 x 2,600mm, and are also suitable for processing low-E glass. Each integrated line consists of a glass-loading station, a VX 11 OS double-edging line, a HDM26 horizontal drill for drilling and milling with two tool stores, each with 10+10 positions, a washing machine and an unloading station. Each line is completely integrated into the production management software environment, guaranteeing first class performance in both productivity and flexibility.
