Italian luxury yacht builder Azimut-Benetti will put up an all-glass shipbuilding hall, the only one of its kind in the world, to make the construction of a modern yacht visible for all for see. The announcement was made by Paolo Vitelli, president of the world“s leading luxury yacht builder, during the 2008 Yachting Gala at the Viareggio marina. “It will be a design building more than an industrial space”, said Mr. Vitelli, “and confirms the importance for us of this city where our third most important shipyard in production terms is located”.
