In mid-July US leader in technology for the design and development of value-added glass products, services and systems Apogee Enterprises, Inc. announced that Joseph T. Deckman, Apogee executive vice president, has been named president of its Harmon AutoGlass business, effective immediately. He replaces Robert E. Munzenrider who has resigned to pursue other interests. Deckman joined Apogee in 1995 as president of the Apogee Wausau group, which included Wausau Window and Wall Systems and Linetec. In 1997, he was named head of the building products and services segment, and in 1999 he became executive vice president, a title he will continue to hold. He has had responsibility for Harmon AutoGlass since becoming executive vice president and temporarily served as its president in 1999 and 2000. Prior to joining Apogee, Deckman was vice president and general manager of several business units of Master Builders, Inc.
