Irvine-based American Industrial Systems Inc. (AIS) has announced the release of it new line of open-frame LCD display monitors. The monitors, which have been designed for diverse uses – including ticketing kiosks, retail kiosks, digital signage, ATMs and vending machines – feature high-brightness, high-luminance displays that can withstand hot and cold temperatures, as well as dust and vibrations, as well as being readable in a variety of challenging sunlight conditions. AIS has, the company says, designed the manufacturing process to enable customers to select the product enhancements and options necessary for their own specific uses. In addition, AIS“ standardized designs streamline the production and field-testing operations, reducing the time and costs associated with project development. AIS products are used in the industrial automation, military, aerospace, medical, transportation, and power and energy markets.
