International industrial gas and industrial process equipment Air Products and Chemicals received approval from the Dutch competition authorities in August for its acquisition of half of the former Aga industrial gases and technical gases business in the Netherlands from Linde. The transaction will almost double Air Products“s sales in the Netherlands to over HFL 400 million per year.
