The company said the program will enhance its existing safety and security Automated Dry Lamination Equipment Division located in Las Vegas, Nevada. The new licensing arrangements will boost its revenues, the company said. Any new licensing arrangements will be separate from its ongoing local dealership product sales and installation divisions. The company is now offering exclusive licensing arrangements for major market territories within the United States and internationally. The company also announced that all its specialized Automated Dry Lamination Equipment is now fully paid for, making all company assets owned outright.
