The 14th semi-annual San Francisco International Gift Fair, the West Coast“s premier gift and decorative accessories event co-organized by George Little Management and Western Exhibitors, will run Saturday, 5 February through Wednesday, 9 February 2000, at Moscone Convention Center and Concourse. Fair highlights include more than 6,500 product lines; a comprehensive schedule of educational programmes, including one-on-one retail consultations; buyer amenities; and an on-site opening night celebration. More than 1,700 exhibitors are expected to particpate in the Fair, presenting giftware, decorative, personal and home accessories, fashion jewellery, craft goods and handmade products within 15 distinct sections, as well as international independent and government sponsored groups. Some 27,000 attendees will shop the winter market“s estimated 321,000 net square feet of exhibit space. Once again, the Fair will run in cooperation with the permanent showrooms at the Giftcenter & Jewelerymart. “New and expanding sections have distinguished the San Francisco International Gift Fair as an innovative source for the gift industry, consistently introducing the latest trends in giftware and decorative accessories. Now 15 sections strong, the Fair offers buyers a unique merchandise mix that can set them apart from the competition,” said George F. (Jeff) Little II, president, George Little Management, Inc; (GLM) and Mike Dean, president, Western Exhibitors, Inc.
