The 2 Girls Building in Abbotsford is the result of collaboration between Domain Hill Property Group, KUD Architects and Samantha Everton, and uses Digiglass to create the incredible façade.
Working closely with KUD Architects, Digiglass manufactured the glass panels using the detailed elevation drawing of the glass façade and high-resolution images. 36 individual Digiglass panels were created, allowing for the seamless panel alignment in the final installation.
In combination with the embossed concrete, the building reflects Everton’s “Masquerade” into the urban environment. The result is a visually stunning combination of residential building, offices and art gallery, fusing art, photography and architecture. The primary circulation space doubles as a de facto art gallery with art works on display, dividing the offices, warehouse spaces and residential apartments.
