Glaston Bavelloni has recently introduced new metal cup wheels with working rim and diamond thickness of 8mm, developed by its very active R&D department.
The aluminum central hub has been completely reengineered with strong benefits. Better weight distribution ensures higher stability involving lower torsion forces and vibrations. At the same time, distribution of water circulation delivered to the grinding area has definitely improved, granting better cooling and, as a result, perfect processing quality.
This new family of Glaston Bavelloni wheels provides the optimal balance between higher feed rate and quality of surface finish. Customers will be able to experience increased diamond, longer life, for a more and more cost-effective grinding process.
