BIGGEST SINGLE CHANGE IN GLASTON TAMGLASS’ 40-YEAR HISTORY
This autumn, Glaston is set to make history with the simultaneous completion of several major product development projects that enable glass processors to make better quality glass with improved efficiency.
“This is the biggest single change in our company’s entire history,” Miika Äppelqvist, Product Manager at Glaston, states with pride. “The launches are part of Glaston’s all-new technology offering that is taking the industry to an entirely new level.” Innovations include the advanced iControLTM automation system with accompanying online iLooKTM quality control, the Vortex ProTM convection control upgrade, the new entry-level RC200TM furnace and the FC500TM to respond to the growing demand for low-E glasses with latest technological updates.

AFFORDABLE RELIABILITY
The RC200TM offers affordable reliability and ease of use by combining the right level of technology with simplicity.
“The RC200TM is designed specifically for those companies that are just starting in glass tempering or are looking to expand their business,” Äppelqvist says. “The RC200TM has the same look and feel as every other furnace we manufacture. What we’ve added is our latest technology along with iControLTM automation in a way that makes this entry-level furnace extremely efficient and easy to use.”
