Moroso: new laminating system
THE NEW LAMINATING LINE
Maroso has created a new system of lamination with compact dimensions, aimed mainly at clients with medium- to lowlevel production quantities, who laminated flat, curved and special glass, as well as using both PVB and EVA, and is therefore an intermediate solution between horizontal furnaces and classic laminating lines.
Maroso’s new solution – to be used together with the autoclave – enables, without using classic laminating lines, the manual lamination of glass in conditions of vacuum, temperature and pressure, with important advantages in terms of investment costs, consumption and reduction of space occupied by the plant. The Maroso Compact Lamination Line is a highly competitive product for the market as it guarantees low consumption and affordable prices for glass sizes of 1,200, 1,600, 1,800, 2,000, 2,200 millimetres. On the other hand, for clients with more complex and superior needs, solutions for larger glass sheets, such as those of 2,600 millimetres, can be discussed as required. The main characteristic of this type of compact system, which involves pre-lamination in a vacuum environment (as for curved and special glass) in the assembly chamber and the use of a classic autoclave under pressure, is that of enabling lamination, guaranteeing perfect sealing and transparency of the glass sheets of all thicknesses, all shapes and for all the most restrictive conditions of lamination that the market may request (including SentryGlassPlus etc.).
