2014-10-20 | Ig equipment

With about 26 years of activity and experience in the IG machinery sector, combined with continuous growth and development, TENON machinery has, as its main strongpoint, technical flexibility. This important feature, together with ease of operations, responds to the highly diversified requests coming from insulating glass manufacturers worldwide.

Horizontal seaming machine
TENON has been active in the IG glass processing machinery sector for about 26 years. The joint venture company based in Beijng, China, is specialized in machinery, both IG glass and flat glass seaming (arrising) related.
The company’s range of products also includes insulating glass production lines and  sub items such as automatic sealing robots, auto benders, edge deletion, desiccant fillers, gas filling units (on- and off-line), and as well as glass seaming (arrising) machine for IG or tempering glass.

TENON is continuously growing and developing, thanks to its own in-house software design and creation, responding to the numerous and diverse needs and requests of innovation from its customers and the market.
The strongpoint of TENON machines is their  technical flexibility, thanks to which the company can create customized machinery, as well as ease of operations regarding mechanical  aspects and software.
In 2013, the company expanded and doubled its production area, thus guaranteeing convenient delivery and diverse production ranges. TENON also collaborates with other companies that manufacture complementary machines such as automatic cutting lines, automatic loaders, as well as processing and unload machines for finished glass.

Recent installations
TENON recently installed two new IG lines including loader, edge deletion and auto sealing robot in Tianjin China, for maximum glass size of 3,300 x 6,000 millimetres, and 2,800 x 6,000 m...
