2011-09-01 | Furnace technology

Based on domestic and overseas markets, and the demands of flat and bent safety glass for automotive, architecture and furniture industries, electric appliances, LandGlass has developed and manufactured a series of worldwide advanced horizontal glass tempering furnaces. In this article, we will take a look at one of the company’smost recent developments for continuous glass tempering, also for solar glass.

LandGlass: developments in continuous solar tempering technology
When LandGlass was first established, its company goal was that of becoming a first-class supplier of glass processing machines. Based on this goal, the company has made continuous improvementand innovation as its strategic plan. Each year, LandGlass invests considerably in research and development in order to support and encourage its engineers to improve products and develop new ones.
With continuous investment and innovation in mind, LandGlass has introduced many new products to the market, some of which quite influential in its field, such as the bending tempering furnace for car sidelites, jumbo-size bending tempering furnaces for buildings, double curvature bending tempering furnaces and jet heating furnaces, etc.
At present, LandGlass has over ten series of tempering furnaces with hundreds of models, which meet the demands of flat/bent glass for automotive, buildings, furniture, electric appliances, solar glass industries, etc.
LandGlass designs, produces and assembles its glass tempering furnaces as per the ISO9000 quality control system, which ensure that every furnace finished and checked will meet the 210 quality requests. LandGlass also provides a remote assistance service so as to minimize the shutdown time due to furnace breakdown. Furthermore, if the furnace is equipped with a long-distance video supervision system, LandGlass engineers at its headquarters can provide assistance by observing furnace operations in video via broad band, and instruct the maintenance...
