This Horizontal Flat Glass Tempering System was new in 2006, presently it is installed and operational in Bainbridge Georgia. This oven will run up to 72" X 144" (1/8"-3/8" thick) glass in either 'Batch Mode' or 'Continuous Mode'. This system is designed to process either normal glass or soft coat glass. The power requirements are, 2,563 KW of 480V 3 phase with neutral. Floor space required approximately 110' long X 49' wide X 14' high. There is a 2000mm wide 6 brush GTA glass washer included with this system.

Tamglass (Glasston) ProL 2000 - 2636 Flat Laminating Line

This Flat Laminating Line was new in 2006, and is presently installed and operational in Bainbridge Georgia. This line will run up to 102" X 144" X 3" thick laminate. The power requirements for this line are 274 KW 480V 3 Phase with an additional requirement of 298 KW 480V 3 Phase for the Autoclave. The line is approximately 140' long. There is a 102" wide 4 brush GTA glass washer included with the line. The Autoclave is 86" diameter X 220" long which includes a dedicated air compressor, water tank and cooling tower. Also included is a climate controlled PVB Cold Storage Room and a climate controlled Clean Room for laminating assembly.
