i am trying to determine if there is an average warranty reserve percentage relating to window seal failures (meaning what is the industry average relating to seal failures that are covered under warranty..is there an average based on sales, etc.?)

We all know that the seal for a Curve Temp ANSI Z 97.1 shower screen is very hard to find. Well I have tracked down I went to MFI and they gave me a contact number of a company called Jacuzzi. I called them 2 weeks ago and the seal turned up within 7 days. They did not ask for payment as I told them the seal is only 18 months old which is true funnily enough. The telephone number is 01274 475181, I was on hold for a while but they did answer. Hope this helps George
