This fall, The Corning Museum of Glass launches its Hot Glass Show (live, narrated glassblowing demonstrations) on Celebrity Cruises. The Museum is looking for hardworking, talented, narrator/demonstrators who can blow glass, interact professionally with the public and narrate the process for the audience in an articulate, engaging manner. Facility Coordinator
The Studio of The Corning Museum of Glass has an immediate opening for a Facility Coordinator. The successful candidate will possess knowledge of hand and power tools, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, able to handle multiple priorities and have excellent customer service skills. Knowledge of or willingness to learn glassworking techniques, the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, and the ability to work with a variety of types of people is necessary for success in this job.
